Work With Me
Know your offer will sell before you build it.
Maybe you already get people real results, and you have the training and the track record to prove it. What you may not have yet is certainty that the program you want to build your business around is one people will actually buy.
That kind of guess can cost you a lot of time and money.
It’s easy to spend months, and thousands of dollars, building a course, a content system, or ads around an offer the market doesn’t actually want. Or if it’s not obvious to people why they should work with you, you’ll feel invisible… no matter how much money you invest in marketing.
After working with more than 1,000 health and wellness professionals, I’ve seen it happen again and again. Most marketing advice ignores the most important decisions that need to be made, first.
I help you make them.
This way you get clarity first. You’ll know what to offer, why people should choose you, and how to bring what you do to market … before you spend more time and money building something that you’ll struggle to sell.
That’s what the Trust-Based Marketing Method™ is for.
The Trust-Based Marketing Method™
Three steps, done in this order:
Step 1. Validate
Prove there’s demand for your offer before you invest in building it.
Most practitioners do this the other way around. They spend months creating a program, building a website, and setting up a funnel, and only then discover the demand wasn’t quite what they assumed. Validation gets you the evidence first. It also shows you the gaps in your market, the underserved corners where people need something they can’t find anywhere else.
And if the research shows an idea won’t sell, you find out before you’ve spent money building it.
You get clarity that your offer will sell, instead of hoping things work out.
Step 2. Differentiate
Uncover the unique positioning that puts you in a category of one, so people see you as the obvious choice.
Real differentiation comes from perspective. It’s the insight that finally explains to somebody why their problem has been so persistent and what’s been missing all along. It’s almost always something you already know. You just need the right way to bring it out in your marketing.
When it lands, everything that person has already tried suddenly makes sense to them, and you become the obvious answer.
You get clear words that explain why you’re different, and the confidence that comes with them. One coach I worked with doubled his prices and 8 weeks after launch, had a $13,000 month.
Step 3. Activate
Choose the marketing path that fits your time, your budget, and the way you want to work.
A lot of programs get this step wrong. They hand everybody the same funnel, the same model, and the same sequence, whatever that person’s situation actually looks like.
You already know your own constraints. Time, runway, how quickly you need a return, whether paid advertising is on the table, how much complexity you’re willing to manage, and whether you want to close people on calls or have your marketing do more of that work for you.
That’s what decides your path. Some practitioners do well running paid traffic straight to a high-ticket offer, which moves fast and needs a runway behind it. Others build more gradually through content and email. That takes longer, and it often feels more natural for somebody who didn’t go into this to become a marketer. Or you start with a smaller front-end offer that lets people experience your expertise before they commit to something bigger.
None of those is wrong. The right one is the one that fits your situation and how you actually want to run your business.
You get a clear plan you’ll follow, because it was built around your reality.
What changes once you have this kind of clarity
- Marketing starts to feel like an extension of your expertise rather than something you hate and brace yourself for.
- Price stops being the thing you’re judged on, because there’s nothing else to compare you to.
- The right people reach out already believing you can help them, and ready to pay premium prices.
- If you’ve been buying course after course, that stops, because you finally know what to do next.
Two ways to work with me
Done-with-you. You bring your expertise and do the deep thinking, with my guidance every step of the way. I handle the research and build your marketing assets with you, so when they’re finished they sound like you.
Done-for-you. I do the strategic thinking and the building for you, and hand you your finished marketing assets — everything you need to launch your offer. It’s ideal if you’d rather hand your marketing to someone who’s done it for years, so you can focus on your clients.
I scope every engagement to the business in front of me, so nothing gets priced until I understand your situation.
My Background
I’ve been in marketing since 1987. I spent 6 ½ years apprenticing with one of the world’s top alternative-health copywriters and marketers. And I spent seven years inside the biggest company in this space.
Since 2017, more than 1,000 health and wellness professionals have come through my trainings, coaching, and services.
Examples of how The Trust-Based Marketing Method has helped practitioners:
Funnel Makeover for a physical therapist with a $6,000 program: I prepositioned and rewrote her webinar funnel resulting in 41% more enrollments and 44% more calls booked, with nearly double the show-up rate.
Positioning and webinar for a naturopathic doctor taking her practice online: I helped her focus her offer and create a webinar she was proud of. Within 2 weeks of launching, she had four calls with potential clients for her high-ticket program, and one client booked.
Positioning and webinar for a coach who helps people with MS: I helped her get clear on her message and create her webinar. After her first year, she was able to give her daughters everything they wanted for Christmas for the first time ever … and she now regularly earns $20,000 or more a month.
Who I work with
Experienced health and wellness professionals, such as functional medicine doctors, naturopaths, dietitians, nutritionists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and seasoned health coaches. People who already get real results, and who are under-monetized and invisible online.
If you’re newly certified and looking for your first client, you’ll get more from somebody who specializes in that, and I’d rather point you there now than take your money.
